This PR aspires to improve the security posture of the action.

remove example which indicated aws authentication via access key id/secret access key combination and replaced by assume-role instead
removed the need to supply the kubeconfig contents as a github repository secret

I don't get what this means :D However this is still in progress and I'll try to merge this as soon as I have time to test it out.
