Yes it can be done, but an extra textarea need to be added.

@harshkhandeparkar I have not commited the code for adding the textarea for contribution guidelines and want confirm should I commit it or not. Currently it is only can be seen while creating issue.

I am really sorry for not mentioning it before, this is my first time contributing in a project.
