Added a about us page

We don't have a section for About Us for KOSS, which made me write one :D Of course, the draft is rough on edges, so feel free to comment and add more as suggestions

Justify your changes or addition.

Why do you think it should be documented? Every year we conduct freshers selection, so it makes sense for us to add a about us section, that is direly needed for KOSS.
