update: broken hyper-links

Justify your changes or addition.

• Older versions had /docs/ in the file paths for hyperlinks, the path has been updated but the hyperlinks were not updated. And they also lacked .md in end which resulted in 404 error. Fixed them.
• Also, Freshers Induction doesn't exist as an event, so removed it's hyperlink wherever it was mentioned.

Queries - need to get solved for further changes.

1. What's with this dead kossiitkgp/mistakes at https://github.com/kossiitkgp/docs/blob/dd9ed66bf848587d77ebc8cfc6d30f5625759e0b/events/kwoc.md?plain=1#L98 and a few other places? I have seen some version of mistakes being documented while I was looking into the docs a while back; if it's not even for newbies team too, do tell. Bringing it to light, just to make sure everything is fine.
2. Are /community/_index.md and /events/_index.md really needed according to the new file arrangement?
3. Shall /_index.md be updated with current state of file structure having links to whatever is there documented and just mentioning other undocumented things (similarly for other _index.md files if they really serve a purpose)?

Why do you think it should be documented?

Updates to the links are necessary for obvious reasons.
