Justify your changes or addition. Add a doc about 1:1 meetups. Added guidelines for the mentors and mentees. Added general notes as well.

Why do you think it should be documented? This is a very noble idea. It should be preserved. Every year, new sets of mentor-mentee can look up the guidelines, to begin with.

I had to configure a few things here for hugo on https://github.com/kossiitkgp/kossiitkgp.org

The contributing guidelines should still be applied to this PR since it makes changes to the content of KOSS Documentation.
