Move some features/pages under GitHub auth #173

An important change in kwoc website this year is GitHub auth. So, there are some things we might have forgotten to move under auth. Some of them are:

[x] Mid eval form - \mid-term
[x] Customization of /stats/<github-handle>. Things like Share your progress should be available only under auth.

Please add other things that come to your mind.

@themousepotato These things are already implemented. Dashboard only opens if you are logged in and mid-term pe bhi krdiya hai ye maine.

Nope @thealphadollar. /dashboard opens only if you're logged in. But, /stats/<github-handle> has Share your progess option. Sorry my bad. I meant this in the issue. I edited the description. This is not valid. Say I logged in as @themousepotato, /stats/xypnox can only share the progress of @xypnox. I'll send a PR soon to fix this.
