Update schedule #23

As discussed by me and @sangeet259 , and agreed upon by others; we've decided the most probably schedule for this year's KWoC. I've implemented the same in the PR which has two minor changes:

KWoC will be announed on 14th of Nov 2018 and mentor submissions will begun.
KWoC will begin accepting students from 22 Nov 2018.

I've also changed the message at the bottom to display,

"Registrations will begin soon, we are brewing stuff!"

Also @thealphadollar can you add the symbol of kshitij 2019 instead kshitij 18. Also change line 57, from Season II to Season III :smile: .
