coming soon page: text on the coming soon page not clear enough #53

Please change it to something more elaborate.

  1. Put the mentor registration in the middle/top of the page.
  2. Change the text to indicate that the counter is for student registration and project submission have started already.
  3. Put links to both Student and Mentor manual on the coming soon page.
