Start Registration #67

Well, this task requires some minor updates to the frontend and also requires that we backup all previous year data, delete original and then start afresh for this year's registration.

An update to the front page is also required with adding student registration and mentor registration link at the top.

@xypnox Since you are the most familiar one with profile and dashboard, please update them to go with the current changes; and also write instructions for updating them as necessary.

Closing this as the website for KWoC has been deployed and student registrations have started.
