Add registration link and rectify incomplete registration #76

Added registration link for student registration form. There was a minor bug in the registration. If the user terminates the registration proper incompletely, he is not registered but his session is present after the completion of oauth, due to which when he is redirected back to dashboard when he tries to register again, though he is not registered. Added a temporary fix for it.
