add generated docs/ folder to fix github-pages #25

Currently, the github pages seem auto-generated from the Readme.md:

https://kosta.github.io/gloomhaven-stacks/index.html

As soon as this is merged, I will edit the github settings to use the docs/ folder from master branch.

It's a very bad hack, and I don't like checking in generated files. But to use github pages, it needs to be in git somewhere, so why not the master branch? It reduces the fiddling after merging to a minimum.

Convention: Re-generate docs/ folder after merging, don't include in PR. -This probably needs documentation :)- Edit: Documented in Readme
