refactor completing-read function #143

Allow for Ido or default (completing-read) selection for completion backend. Will allow for further Helm or Ivy customization if desired.

@tpeacock19, ok, I've changed the name from default to standard and keep ido as default + updated README a bit. Lets polite the existing users. Issue closed, thank you.
