No airspeed with APM 2.1 #339

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.reset APM
2.#define AIRSPEED_SENSOR ENABLED in APM config.h
3.no effect, test reads :airspeed disabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
airspeed indication, test reads :airspeed disabled.
no indicated airspeed in the GCS  visible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM 2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
worked fine with other versions
