Error opening serial port System.Exception: Missed ID expecting 0 got 11 #358

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect from APM Planer 1.0.3 to APM board by telemetry port.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After attempts to connect climbs message 
 -Mavlink connecting...
 -Getting params...
and:
Error opening serial port
System.Exception: Missed ID expecting 0 got 11
Please try again
 at............

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM 1.0.3  APM board 2.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
This error occurs on different computers, and on different OS Windows XP and 
Windows 7. With different version APM.

this is because of a bad connection via xbee. please check your xbee setup
