Add an "Ardupilot Mega First Time Setup" Button to planner firmware screen #366

It should be just about the same script as the ACM2 setup button, with 
exception of Range Sensor and "Level" command.

Also a more distinct "I'm Done" to firmware loads... on that same screen

so the flashing lights on the apm, the progress bar at 100% and the text in the 
corner saying done isnt enough?

the ArduPilot setup button has been added.

as for the Done? do you think we need it? i beleive no.
