Trasparent mode embedded in atmega 328 #375

When atmega 328 feels a specific value on ch8 it makes output=input for ch 1-7 
bypassing a freezed APM. specific value could be set on the ground from 
planner. 
This feature could save my plane yesterday.

This is not realistic with the current hardware.  There is no simple 
communication path from the 1280 to the 328.

Following the recommended setup from the manual allows hardware override to be 
selected by appropriate pwm value on channel 8.  There is no significant need 
for the threshold pwm level to be adjustable in flight.
