Did you manage to implement any changes? Why?
I have implemented following changes:
1) making regular schedules; 2) going to local library to study; 3) writing down my emotions and blocks.

How are these changes affecting your weekly hours?
I think my study hours are more effective.
Do you now have more or less energy?
I have the same energy.
More or less time?
I have more time to study.
Do you feel happier or not?
A bit happier.
Are you feeling more or less anxious?
A bit less anxious.
Can you sleep and rest better or not?

Do you feel your focus level has changed?
I am feeling more focused and motivated after 1-2-1 with Ali.
