Failed build count doesn't match number of rows on commit #10

Steps to reproduce: Go to https://circle.pytorch.org/commit-details.html?sha1=835a6b9da29dfc7261586b245592c438773791c0

Expected result: Failed build count is 1, as there is only one row anywhere bleow

Actual result: Failed build count is 2
