Master Timeline "Go" does nothing visibly for a few seconds before change updates #35

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://circle.pytorch.org/master-timeline.html
  2. Change offset
  3. Click Go

Expected result: Some sort of immediate progress something tells me that something is going on while it reloads Actual result: Nothing happens. A few seconds later, the page refreshes
