Applicable build steps does not suggest what possible build steps are #6

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://circle.pytorch.org/add-pattern.html

Expected: Applicable build steps has some suggestions about what build steps we should search on

Actual: It's just a free form text field, no way to tell if I've spelled it right
