Launcher will not go up #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect Dream Cheeky Missile Launcher.
2. Go up to the top if not already.
3. Go down.
4. 'Up' is blanked out and Alt+Up does not move launcher up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The launcher should move up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Dream Cheeky Missile Launcher (no cam). Ubuntu 8.10.

Please provide any additional information below.
