Start process in foreground #198

It would be nice to have an "eye foreground" command, to start a process in foreground (ex: to interact with a debugger on a dev server).

there is many ways using foreground: eye l CONF -f using leye or loader_eye: https://github.com/kostya/eye/wiki/What-is-loader_eye-and-leye
