The build instructions ('android/ScriptingLayerForAndroid/README') say
"Project-->Clean-->All (this may need to be run several times)", which is silly.
Either it's a waste of time and effort, and therefore, it shouldn't be
recommended. Or, it is actually necessary, and the build system is broken. In
that case, a bug report should be issued and referenced from the (otherwise
silly) instructions. (I searched all open and closed issues for "clean", and no
indication of one.)
