The `save-state` command is deprecated and will be disabled soon #23

Using this action produces the following warning:

The save-state command is deprecated and will be disabled soon. Please upgrade to using Environment Files. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/

According to that link GitHub plans to fully disable this on 31st May 2023. The link also has some information on how to migrate the existing usage of save-state.
