Add check for skin and patch in cache directory #64

I updated checkSkin to look for both the skin and the patch in its check process.

I know you're working on an overhaul to the download/patch process in the future. This may work as a stopgap until that system is in place. It works on my system for every directory situation I can think to test.

Alright I've gotten it to work on ubuntu, debian, and arch (my windows vm shit itself but I can't imagine it would have any problems since nothing involving that was changed). This is definitely good enough to now so we can at least have the program working again. I'll keep working on a clean rewrite and hopefully setting up a mirror for the downloads, but I'm gonna merge this in now!

Also I'm going to push out 1.2.5 with this merged so the latest version "works" and start on 1.2.6 for the rewrite.
