how the system gonna configure user domain
1- the app will show the user kotal-verificaiton-txt-record and instruct him to add this txt record for his domain using this endpoint IP/api/v1/verification-txt-record
2-the user will provide his domain to configure the domain ,
then the system will check for kotal verification text record , approve if found throw if not
