Can't update Validator value of Polkadot Nodes #294

Trying to edit the value of Validator in Polkadot nodes to true always produce 500 error

you can only make Validator true under two conditions:
- pruning should be false
- rpc should be false if these conditions met it will be updated as expected

i noticed that you disable the update to validator , if pruning = false but it should be the other way around pruning = true. ==> disable the update to validator pruning = false ==> enable the update to validator
