When using the new global menu in KDE 5.9 along with this applet, there is no visual distinction between the application title/name and the interactive menubar. This fixes that, and implements an option so the user can choose their desired behavior.

Thanks a lot for your work! I've merged it but I'll set the default to false, I hope you don't mind. To me it feels like a more sane default as most of the text stuff in Plasma is not bold as well. Anyway, thanks!!
