fixes, new translation strings for polish language file #21

@kotelnik fixes NOTE field looking in appearance tab, new string was translated.

Btw. I'm sorry that I'm constantly overwriting your translation file. It is done automatically by the "update-translations.sh" script when I want to add some translatable string or a location of a translated word. But I'm sure it is not ruining the existing translation. But if you notice it is, please tell me and I'll fix it :).

@kotelnik Only long strings somewhere have missing spaces (minor). Script align text to left side box and sometimes looking annoying, but this is not major. Main point is that whos read NOTE field will know what he must do if want make setup.
