Here's a test pass that I ran but none of the conditions were satisfied to run anything:

Specs:   2 passed, 0 failed, 2 total
Tests:   0 passed, 0 failed, 0 ignored, 0 total
Time:    6s

Gradle reported this as successful, but I'd like to be able to fail the build if total tests was 0
