Does not build with react.css.css for me (reported in https://github.com/kotlin-hands-on/web-app-react-kotlin-js-gradle/issues/22)

Hi! Thanks for the PR. We're currently migrating this tutorial to the rest of the Kotlin documentation as a tutorial, see here.

There's a number of other snippets that are unfortunately outdated in the currently published version, but all of these will be addressed with this migration.

I am used to this being an important part of every software tutorial out there 😀
