Document how to use multiple trackers for all plugins #757

Issue summary:
Currently, some plugin docs document how to use the 'require' command with 
multiple trackers, while others don't.  

It would be great if each doc could either document how to do this (if that 
plugin supports multiple trackers)
OR
if there were a general "intro to plugins" doc that described the 'require' 
command more generally, so you'd only have to document it once

For example, this plugin doc shows how to load for multiple trackers:

The analytics.js doc were recently updated with a lot more information on how 
things work under the hood. Do you think these two docs cover multiple trackers 
with plugins sufficiently?
