Please document and support a public API for batch posts via:
https://ssl.google-analytics.com/batch
Use Cases:
It is quite costly (in terms of device battery) to send individual hits as they
happen, as the radio has to be held open for many seconds after transmission.
The verbose logs from the SDK indicate batching and timestamp transmission is
possible with the /batch API, but this API is not documented for users of the
Measurement Protocol.
