Issue summary:
Not able to login to Google Analytics Account. 

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. I have logged in to gmail.
2. Opened https://www.google.com/analytics/
3. Clicked Sign IN and clicked "google analytics"
4. Not able to login, it is redirected to same page. Able to login into Google 
Tag Manager.

Expected output:
Should be able to Login in Google Analytics Account

Actual results:
Not able to login to Google Analytics Account

Notes:
Using Chrome Browser 46.0.2490.71 m

Is this issue persisting across browsers? even after a browser restart? Can you 
include your network log from the developer console?
