Request summary:
We would like to add google analytics tracking to the watchos extension.

3.14 allows bitcode support, but still can't use it directly in the apple watch 
extension because watchOS lacks SystemConfiguration framework

Use Cases:
Track the events during usage of our app on the Apple Watch.
Track the screen views during usage of our app on the Apple Watch.
Track the user timings during usage of our app on the Apple Watch.
