added a simple swaylock config and missing .zshenv

edited readme to include swaylock-effects and zsh dependencies

thanks. not sure about the blur though. I made a bit more aggressive, which i like better.

yeah no problem i kinda made that config in like 10 minutes also feel free to change colors since some stuff might not make sense since im colorblind
