Change instructions on task completion evidences #145

  1. JS Basics: Removed 'old' instructions left-over
  2. DOM: Change code review instructions considering https://github.com/kottans/frontend-2019-homeworks by @AMashoshyna
  3. Remove code-review.md as it is excessive and obsolete

NB! Please, check instructions in js-dom.md re code review.

Partially resolves #142

Next step is to complete remaining tasks evidence instructions based on this PR review.

@AMashoshyna please check if instructions in js-dom.md play well with homeworks repo instructions.
