Added link to a gist summarizing two methods of embedding a repo into another repo, using git-subrepo and git-subtree.

The gist also offers links to resources on the topic.

The link leads to a public gist created as a quick reference to cover the most common scenario within the context (opinionated though) thus summarizing info from ~10 comprehensive sources that are also referred to from within the gist.
