Our specific guide can contain
- some extracts from above (e.g. note on difference in context the asking person and his/her audience are) as intro;
- general structure of the question:

- I want to... (achieve something, e.g. have an element on a web page to float above other elements)
- I tried this... (code fragment, or codepen with minimal yet sufficient code fragment to reproduce the issue)

- front-end specific tools to use:

There are many out there.
However short guidelines specific to our course will be useful.
