[away3dlite] request: BitmapFileMaterial to close() loader object on unload #117

Here's a request to have the loader.close() method be called within the 
BitmapFileMaterial's unload method.  This is useful when a material is 
starting to be downloaded but the app decides it no longer needs it and 
wants to cancel the download as this will free up bandwidth.
