-geometryArrayDirty is supposed to be true if _geometryArray needs to be
rebuilt. Problem: once it is set then it is never cleared, so
_geometryArray will be rebuilt every time getGeometryArray() is called.
Fix: clear _geometryArrayDirty in updateGeometryArray()
