add decoration for AnimatedProgressBar #88

HI Kouki,

I wander if you can wrap the AnimatedProgressBar in Container so we can edit the height or width or padding or margin
if this feature is not planned I will be happy to provide PR for it

why add decoration

because when I tried to add more radius to the notification this happened
