This PR adds a slightly more advanced example to slots-components using a v-data-table component. Closes #246

Thanks for the contribution, I merged it (see https://koumoul-dev.github.io/vuetify-jsonschema-form/master/examples#slots-wrappers). I think there are a few small things to improve:

the top-right icons overlap each other
the function to open in a new tab doesn't seem to work (I only see a white tab
when I load an entirely different json I don't see a warning or anything and the render is a bit weird (some values are present with previous values, some are empty)
