support for vega and geojson files #2

Adding support for vega files and geojson files will be pretty good.

Hi @lavvy, Thanks for your request. But, I think this plugin only provides HTML5 media features. If you want to show vega files and geojson files in GitBucket, you can make it. And if you have some question such as how to create plugin, how to..., please ask me in gitter chat room.
