Detailed description of the feature

The ability to add metadata for files and be able to search on the metadata. An example of metadata is tags. If we can add tags for the files, it would allow extra dimension of organization for the files without changing the folder structure.

Description of the use case

User clicks on the file and adds a tag for the file, such as "car" or "3D". Users who are not familiar with the folder structure can find files that has car or 3d tag.

Explanation of the benefits

Allow users who are not familiar with the folder structure are able to search for files. Allow for future auto categorization possibility.

@snapshotleisure this is a nice feature to have! I will keep this issue open for updates and feedback - for when we start to implement it.

I think we can make this possible in v3.1.
