Closing quotes are not curly #24

Hi, why with this template the double closing quotes are printed as straight quotes? Usually, I cite with the double back-quotes followed by the double straight quotes (e.g., ``Hello.'') and it is correctly printed with opening and closing curly quotes.

Two single quotes are needed instead of the double ones. This '' instead of this ".
