\keywordsname undefined #8

Since 5c1f09a9af6941e7e5a7eff8fbbbceab3502f886 \keywordsname is used in arxiv.sty, but it is undefined. Therefore, building (latex template) fails:

! Undefined control sequence.
<recently read> \keywordsname

The problem was fixed. reverted last merge.
