Cleared up the instructions for setting up Scrypted in Home Assistant and the NVR cards. Removed the link to the 'Scrypted NVR and the Home Assistant Addon' (https://github.com/koush/nvr.scrypted.app/wiki/Home-Assistant) because it provides conflicting instructions that don't apply e.g. HA_LONG_LIVED_ACCESS_TOKEN and Notifications.
