Feature Request: Home assistant card UI enhancements

I would have some minor feature request for the card ui regarding these buttons:

an option to always show these button
an option to increase the size of these buttons,
an "auto mute after a defined time" option, otherwise i fear someone will forget to disable the microphone 😅
when the microphone is pressed it seams to takes some time till the audio channel is open, can you show an loading animation till the channel is open?
