Vysor devices do not synchronize when you log in to the Vysor app on different machines, nor do the share links work! [PAID CUSTOMER] #1397

Don't know how to create a bug report for this.

The issue is as mentioned above

  1. If I log into my laptop even if the desktop Vysor app is logged out, I don't get a list of the devices I added.
  2. If I try to access a share link and open it via the browser or even the Vysor app to access a device (that is online) - it fails to connection.

Is this the correct place to create support tickets? I'm really confused as to how to post a support ticket as a paid customer.
